As an exporter does your business come under pressure from significant competition, price pressure and long sales cycles? If yes, these are just a few symptoms of lacking competitive advantage and a disruptive proposition.

Exporting isn't easy, and competing on a global stage can be a minefield so come along and join us for a half day, interactive workshop where we will dive deep into the topic of disruptive proposition.

Our facilitator, Dan Hansen from MSM Sales Specialists, will provide the tools and advice on how to create effective competitive advantage and a disruptive proposition. He will cover steps to develop disruption that are not always obvious and are based on your own business/products.

You will receive a workbook to record your thoughts and ideas that come from the collaborative workshop environment. Dan will walk you through the steps to create disruption, develop competitive advantage and how you can roll out a disruptive proposition through your sales and marketing activities, as well as how the success of your disruptive proposition can be measured.

  • Communicating to the market
  • Measuring success of your disruptive proposition

The core objectives are to leave with an in-depth understanding, build capability internally, and a fresh approach to developing a disruptive proposition across the different facets of your business.
